Matcha Energy Smoothie

Matcha is packed full of antioxidants to help fight off inflammation. It's combined here with lots of vitamins from the fruit and veggies, and healthy fats to ensure those vitamins are absorbed by our bodies. A great smoothie to have at breakfast, this one will keep you energised throughout the day.

Serves 2

5 minutes

Ingredients

2 tsp matcha

1 tsp maca (optional)

1 avocado

10 mints leaves

1 lemon

ΒΌ cucumber

1 cup frozen mango

Handful of spinach

200ml water


Method

Add all the ingredients to a blender and process until smooth. Serve immediately.
