Hormone Testing

Rock Balancing

Consider if you suffer with:

Pre-Menstrual Syndrome (PMS)
Perimenopause or menopause
Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS)
Endometriosis
Infertility (explained or unexplained)
Cycle-related migraines
Insomnia
Confusing weight gain or inability to lose weight
Anxiety or low mood

The DUTCH test is considered the gold standard for hormone testing. It goes beyond blood testing as it looks at the interplay between hormones, downstream metabolites of hormones and a 24 hour assessment of how your primary stress hormone may be affecting sex hormones and sleep.
