How I work with you

As your coach, I will support you to invest in your health and reduce stress, whilst achieving your goals. Not only do you not have to choose between these things, but you will become more successful at achieving your goals, more present for the things that matter to you and more resilient to life's difficulties when you put your wellbeing first.

I will tailor my approach to you as an individual. I believe that there is no one-size-fits-all solution. No magic diet or one day program for happiness exists. We are all biologically individual, and we need to take a personalised approach to what we eat, how we move, how we work and build relationships. I support people to identify this for themselves and to build the lifelong daily practices and habits that help them to thrive. I am here to listen to you, to empower you and to hold you accountable to your goals. 

I typically work with clients over the course of 3 or 6 months. in order to:

  • Identify what is troubling you and connect the dots between your symptoms or challenges

  • Learn about why those things are happening and identify your root causes

  • Use targeted interventions for rapid relief and build long term strategies for sustainable health

  • Create a healthy relationship with food and a way of eating that is right for your unique body

  • Develop your toolbox for managing stress and building your body's resilience for the future

  • Test and learn with each strategy and ensure that the ones which work for you are sustainable
