How I work with you

As your coach, I will support you to invest in your health and reduce stress, whilst achieving your goals. Not only do you not have to choose between these things, but you will become more successful at achieving your goals, more present for the things that matter to you and more resilient to life's difficulties when you put your wellbeing first.

I will tailor my approach to you. There is no one-size-fits-all solution - no magic diet or one day program for happiness exists. We are all biologically individual, and we need to take a personalised approach to what we eat, how we move, how we work and build relationships. I support people to identify this and to build the lifelong daily practices that help them to thrive. I am here to listen to you, to empower you and to hold you accountable to your goals. 

I am a Certified Health and Nutrition coach and I continue to advance my professional training in Functional Medicine. As a chemistry graduate and ex- FTSE 100 business leader, I am able to marry up the science of functional health and nutrition with behavioural insight, to get the best results with my clients. I have 15 years coaching experience working one-on-one and in groups, across cultures, countries and organisations.
